Grab your boots and saddles and come to the Betty Strong Encounter Center September 29, 2:00 p.m. to celebrate our Nations western culture with cowboy poetry and music. Admission will be free with reception to follow.

Marci Broyhill, Prairie Poet and Storyteller will share intriguing stories of courageous and colorful characters of our western culture. Teresa Kay Orr, Singer, Songwriter, and Guitarist will present songs conveying the struggles, joys, and fun that was a part of everyday life in the early west.

Marci and Teresa are sisters who grew up along Nebraska’s Outlaw Trail Scenic Byway Highway 12. Their presentation weaves history, agriculture and human experience into a program that both entertains and enlightens.
